1. Artist agrees that the artwork shall remain on display in the Bancroft Gallery at South Shore Art Center (hereby referred to as SSAC) building until the end of the exhibition. The last day of the exhibition shall be April 2, 2022.
2. The artist agrees to follow instructions for return shipping of their work including supplying SSAC with a prepaid return label for UPS or FEDEX. If the work is to be picked up in person, it must be retrieved by April 9, 2022. If not, the work will become the property of SSAC.
3. The Artist consents and expressly agrees that SSAC may display the artwork in the said SSAC building. The Artist also agrees that photographs may be taken of said artwork by SSAC and the Monotype Guild of New England (hereby referred to as MGNE) to be used for publicity purposes including social media.
4. The Artist agrees that their work is original to the artist and does not infringe upon or violate the copyright of others.
5. SSAC will encourage sales and take a commission of 40% on sold work. You may enter 0 if your work is not for sale.
6. By completing this submission, the Artist specifically expresses his or her understanding and agreement that MGNE, does not carry insurance. SSAC will insure your work while it is on their premise only but not during transport to and from the gallery. By submitting to this exhibition, I, the artist, hereby agree to all details provided in the Prospectus and agree to and accept all the terms and conditions stated.
